Canadian investment group in a Caribbean resort requested a review of the resort to improve revenues and resolve some conflict between local and headquarters team members. CallSign Coaching visited the site and undertook several days of analysis and planning sessions with the leadership team and managing partner, identifying areas for improvement. They guided the team through an initial strategic planning exercise, including in-depth strengths and opportunities assessment with recommendations. Generated a marketing plan designed to deliver the specific growth targets that had been agreed.
